- You must use your email address rather than customer number to log in. If you previously logged in with a customer number you will need to request a login from customer service or your sales representative. Please call 800-999-FINE (toll-free inside U.S.) or +1-716-683-8334 (outside U.S.)
- Password must meet complexity rules. Upon logging in, you may be asked to change your password.
- Your password may have been removed. Passwords not meeting the complexity requirements have been removed by United and you can reset it through a link that you'll receive via email.
